Our commitment

Nommi is owned and operated by Legacy Studio Holdings Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to keeping Nommi a safe, positive space for food creators and food lovers of all ages. These Community Standards explain what is allowed on Nommi and what we remove or restrict.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes any content or conduct that:

• Depicts, promotes, or normalizes sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• Shows nudity or sexual activity involving anyone under 18.
• Grooms, solicits, or attempts to exploit minors sexually.
• Shares or requests child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Uses Nommi to facilitate trafficking, coercion, or any form of child exploitation.

Any account involved in CSAE is permanently banned. We report applicable violations to the appropriate authorities and organizations that work to combat child exploitation.

Prohibited content and behavior

In addition to CSAE, the following is not allowed on Nommi:

• Hate and harassment: attacks, threats, or abuse directed at individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Violence and dangerous acts: content that glorifies violence, promotes self-harm, or shows graphic injury.
• Misinformation: deliberately false content that could cause harm, especially around health, food safety, or elections.
• Spam and scams: fake engagement, phishing, impersonation, pyramid schemes, or misleading commercial offers.
• Non-consensual or intimate imagery: sharing private sexual or intimate content without consent.
• Illegal goods and services: content that facilitates the sale or use of illegal products, drugs, weapons, or regulated items outside the law.
• Copyright and trademark violations: posting content you do not have the right to share.

Age requirements

Nommi is not intended for children under 13. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or guardian. Accounts that misrepresent age, especially to access or target minors, are removed.

How we enforce these standards

We use a combination of automated detection, user reports, and human review to identify violations. Depending on the severity and context, enforcement may include:

• Removing the violating content.
• Suspending or permanently banning the account.
• Restricting features such as livestreaming, messaging, or monetization.
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement or relevant organizations.

How to report

If you see content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it in the app or contact us directly. Reports involving minors, sexual exploitation, or imminent danger are treated with the highest priority.

Working with authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations in response to valid legal process and emergency disclosures when there is a risk of harm to a child or others.

Changes to these standards

We may update these Community Standards as risks, laws, and our platform evolve. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
