Basque Burnt Cheesecake

• 32 ozcream cheese
• 1.25 cupssugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 cupheavy cream
• 3 tbspflour

Instructions

   Heat the oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan or grease your baking dish.

   Mix sugar and eggs until evenly combined.

   Fold in the cream cheese and the rest of the ingredients — stop as soon as it comes together.

   Bake 25-35 minutes until golden on top and set in the middle.
