Creamy Tomato Tortellini

• 1 lbcheese tortellini
• 1 cancrushed tomatoes
• 1 cupheavy cream
• 4 clovesgarlic
• 2 cupsspinach

Instructions

   Brown the cheese tortellini in a heavy pot over medium-high heat in batches, then set aside.

   Cook crushed tomatoes and heavy cream in the same pot until softened and fragrant.

   Return the cheese tortellini, add the liquid, and scrape up every browned bit from the bottom.

   Simmer partly covered on low, 35-45 minutes, until everything is tender and the sauce has body.
