Double Cheeseburger with Secret Sauce

• 1.5 lbground beef
• 8 slicesamerican cheese
• 4 sesame buns
• 0.33 cupburger sauce
• 0.5 cuppickles

Instructions

   Pat the ground beef completely dry — moisture is the enemy of crisp.

   Dredge in american cheese then sesame buns, pressing so the coating grips.

3. 3

   Heat 2 inches of oil to 350°F and fry in small batches so the temperature holds.

   Fry until deep golden and cooked through, then drain on a rack — never paper towels.

   Season with salt the second it leaves the oil and serve Double Cheeseburger with Secret Sauce hot.
