Strawberry Shortcake

• 2 cupsflour
• 1 lbstrawberries, sliced
• 1 cupheavy cream
• 0.33 cupsugar
• 6 tbspcold butter

Instructions

   Heat the oven to 375°F and line a sheet pan or grease your baking dish.

   Mix strawberries and heavy cream until evenly combined.

   Fold in the flour and the rest of the ingredients — stop as soon as it comes together.

   Bake 25-35 minutes until golden on top and set in the middle.

   Cool slightly before cutting so Strawberry Shortcake holds its shape.
